Malik Al-Muwatta . Malik Al-Muwatta. Hadith 31.68: Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Abu Bakr ibn Abd ar-Rahman ibn al-Harith ibn Hisham from Abu Masud al-Ansari that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade the sale price of a dog, the earnings of a prostitute and the earnings of a fortune teller. By the earnings of a prostitute he meant what a woman was given for fornication. The earnings of a fortune teller were what he was given to tell a fortune. Malik said, "I disapprove of the price of a dog, whether it is a hunting dog or otherwise because the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade the price of a dog."
Al-Tirmidhi. Hadith 4102. Narrated by Abdullah ibn Mughaffal: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Were dogs not a species of creature I should command that they all be killed; but kill every pure black one." AbuDawud and Darimi transmitted it. Tirmidhi and Nasa'i added, "No family attaches itself to a dog without a qirat of their good deeds being deducted daily, except in the case of a hunting dog, a farm dog, or a sheepdog."
Sahih Al-Bukhari 3:515. Narrated Abu Huraira: I heard Allah's Apostle (saw) saying; "Angels (of Mercy) do not enter a house wherein there is a dog or a picture of a living creature (a human being or an animal)."
Sahih Muslim. Narrated 'Aisha: Gabriel made a promise with Allah's Messenger (saw) to come at a definite hour; that hour came but he did not visit him. And there was in his hand (in the hand of Allah's Apostle) a staff. He threw it from his hand and said: Never has Allah or His messengers (angels) ever broken their promise. Then he cast a glance (and by chance) found a puppy under his cot and said: Aisha, when did this dog enter here? She said: By Allah, I don't know. He then commanded and it was turned out. Then Gabriel came and Allah's Messenger (saw) said to him: You promised me and I waited for you, but you did not come, whereupon he said: It was the dog in your house which prevented me (to come), for we (angels) do not enter a house in which there is a dog or a picture.

Muslim, in his Saheeh, Tirmithi and an-Nissaai narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Whoever keeps a dog, other than the dogs for hunting, securing agricultural land or livestock, indeed two qeerat (a weight of about .195g) are taken away from his rewards everyday." yahan is hadees se mufassireen aur olama ne kaha hai agar zaroorat ho to is waqt ye ijazat hai lekin ghar me nahi aur nahi hi shauq k liye jaise aaj kal loog shauq liye to koi shan k liye to koi kisi k liye rakhte hain jo galat hai usse wo rahmat se mehroom rahenge
aur agar aap k paas dog se behtar cheez available yane aap kutta na rakhte huye uske badle koi aur cheez jo miljaye rakh sakte hain to phir kutta rakhna hamare liye hargiss jayez nahi hoga
agar koi surat nahi hai to ye ijazat hai warna hame isse door hi rehna chahiye jaise k hadeeson me wazahat k sath hai

Dogs k hone se rehmat k farishte ghar me kyun nahi aate olama kehte hain kutton ki najasat ki wajhe se isliye Allha k Rasul sallellahu alayhiwasallam ne kaha jab kutta apke bartan me muh dale to usko 7 time dhoyen aur ek baar mitti se dhoyen isse uski nazasat ka bhi saboot milta hai
aur konsa Dog jannat me jayega wallahu aalam apne ye kahan padha hamare ilm me to nahi agar apne kahin padha ho to reference den ham dekhenge insha Allah
ashab e kahf wo hamse pehli ummat hai aur unki shariat alag thi to unse ham isdedlaal nahi karsakte lekin sure kahf me bhi ye baat nahi hai k wo kutta jannat me jayega wallahu aalam

Al-Maidah (5) Ayat (verse) No.: 45
وَكَتَبْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهَا أَنَّ النَّفْسَ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالْعَيْنَ بِالْعَيْنِ وَالأَنفَ بِالأَنفِ وَالأُذُنَ بِالأُذُنِ وَالسِّنَّ بِالسِّنِّ وَالْجُرُوحَ قِصَاصٌ فَمَن تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ لَّهُ وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أنزَلَ اللّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ
And We prescribed for them therein : The life for the life , and the eye for the eye , and the nose for the nose , and the ear for the ear , and the tooth for the tooth , and for wounds retaliation . But whoso forgoeth it ( in the way of charity ) it shall be expiation for him . Whoso judgeth not by that which Allah hath revealed : such are wrong doers .
Aur hamne yahudion k zimme taurat me ye baat muqarrar kar di thi k jaan k badle jaan aur aankh k badle aankh aur naak k badle naak aur kaan k badle kaan aur dant k badle daant aur khaas zakhmo ka bhi badla hai phir jo shaqs isko maaf karde to wo iske liye kuffara hai aur jo loog Allah k nazil kiye huye k mutabik hukm na karen wohi loog zalim hain.
jab taurat me jaan k badle jaan aur zakhmon me qisas ka hukm diya gaya tha to phir yahudion k ek qabile (banu nazeer) ka dusre qabile (banu qareza) k sath is k bar aks mamla karna aur apne maqtul k dait dusre qabile k maqtool ki ba nisbat do gunah rakhne ka kiya jawaz hai ?
almuheem ye shariat yahudion k liye Taurat me thi aur ye shariat Mohammedia sallellahu alayhiwasallam me bhi baki rahi aur qayamat ki subah tak rahegi Insha Allah
agar koi Allah k kanoon ko nahi mane to wo baghi hai gunehgaar hai aur yom e akhirat uski pakad hogi wallahu aalam
